Wisp AI is a service for conducting automated qualitative research through AI interviews in Telegram, including research planning, conducting interviews, and analyzing results.

Wisps are the internal currency used in the service. One wisp equals one completed interview with a participant.

Acceptance occurs when the Customer clicks the "Pay" button when topping up their balance with wisps on the wispai.ru website.

The service uses internal currency — wisps. One wisp equals one completed interview with a participant. The cost of one wisp is 15 rubles during the beta testing period, and 25 rubles after the beta period ends.

• Wisps are deducted automatically after a participant completes an interview
• If a participant doesn't complete the interview, no wisps are deducted
• Wisps have no expiration date
• Balance top-up is done through available payment methods on the website
• Refunds are possible in case of technical failures at the administration's discretion

By using the service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not violate third-party rights when conducting research
• Not use the Service to collect personal data without participants' consent
• Not attempt to bypass technical limitations of the Service
• Provide accurate information during registration and service usage

The Service is provided "as is". The Contractor is not liable for:

• Quality and accuracy of data obtained from interviews
• Decisions made based on analysis results
• Actions of interview participants or content of their responses
• Temporary technical failures
• Losses arising from Service use or inability to use the Service

The total liability of the Contractor under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Customer under this Agreement.
